[Sydney] The Sydney Suburb and Bondi

Sydney was unexpectedly warm in late March. To be honest, we were a little dismayed because we had hoped to escape the oppressive weather at home. On the bright side, the light was brilliant for photography, and I was glad I had the Ektar 100 film loaded in my camera. It takes to light in the best way possible.

These were shot on our second day in Sydney. Our journey began at Bills in Darlinghurst, after which we went by the wharf and took a short cut through the Royal Botanic Gardens to reach the Sydney Opera House.

We also dropped by Bondi Beach in the late afternoon. Being more attuned to seeing people indulge in beach games and water sports at the beach, it was quite a sight to see everyone just lying on their mats and enjoying a tan!

    1. You should give it a go! I normally reserve it for brighter days because it’s a tad expensive, and also because it works wonders under light.
