My last day in Taiwan was superb because the girls decided, only the day before, that they would close shop, get a car, and drive down the very next day to Baishawan Beach, one of the places I had wanted to visit but didn’t.
So the 6 of us (mimi the dog included) made the impromptu trip to the beach in the morning, feeling a little sleepy (we are not exactly early risers), but excited. We spent most of the time strolling along the coastline, taking in the sun and breeze, and sinking our toes into warm sand. It was simple and beautiful like that, and I really couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the last day of my trip. Thank you girls!
