TAIPEI | Tang Gong Mongolian Bar-B-Q 唐宫蒙古烤肉

(Canon A1)

I was introduced and treated to Mongolian barbecue by friends in Taipei. Wikipedia says such bbq originated from Taiwan in the 1970s, and is influenced by Mongolian tradition and food. Whatever it is, I can’t deny that it was pretty fun to pick my ingredients and garnishes/ sauces to make my very own dish.

I didn’t take a picture of my dish, but here are some pictures of the steamboat and the great company. XY, on the other hand, did photograph hers with the LC-A. We played a few rounds of bingo after that, and the prizes comprise of pomelos and pre-packed green tea tofu. Very unique choices, don’t you think?
