(Canon A1)
I am fond of this part of the island. It has all the colours and chaos that make a place vibrant: spices sold out of sacks and garlands hanging from ceilings, vehicles blustering down the same roads that pedestrians are crossing haphazardly and narrow, crooked alleys.
On this particular day, the skies were overcast as I was walking down Serangoon Road, one of Little India’s main arteries. The lack of a good amount of light gives me underexposed pictures more often than not, so I quite enjoy the subdued but true-to-life colours that these pictures produced.

The tones on our temple pictures are EXACTLY the same even though I was out on a bright albeit rainy day! http://curatingcuteness.com/2012/03/the-colors-of-little-india/
